We’re looking for an outstanding Agile Scrum Master who knows how to work with teams, Product Owners, and highly-skilled individuals in a fast-moving Agile environment. You are passionate about Agile and human dynamics, with an insatiable appetite for helping people excel. Constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the status-quo, you maintain a broad perspective while paying attention to the level of detail required to achieve overall goals.
Responsibilities:
As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be working with 2-3 Agile Teams to ensure the thorough planning and efficient execution of team goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that your Agile Teams embrace Agile business and development practices throughout the product lifecycle including planning, execution, launch, and support. This role also requires coaching of teams, individuals, and leaders, including both Product and Development Managers. You may also be involved in the development and mentoring of colleagues in a Scrum Master role.
In This Role You Will:
• Enhance team productivity for up to 3 Agile Teams by enabling them to effectively execute against the highest priority initiatives
• Drive and lead planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives for your teams
• Educate and coach teams and stakeholders on operational processes and enabling technologies
• Embrace, coach, and evangelize Agile values and principles to individuals and teams across Concur
• Identify, define, and implement improved processes and practices while reinforcing Agile principles
• Build team cohesion and foster open and honest team communication
• Partner with the Product Owner on roadmap creation, effort estimation, forecasting, and team planning
• Provide "go to" leadership, transparency, and visibility to the entire Concur organization
• Operate under moderate supervision
• Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Key Qualifications:
• 3+ years of project, product, or technical leadership in a software development environment
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and / or Agile Coach
• Expert knowledge of Agile framework and methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
• Deep skills in estimation, story slicing, story refinement, and other Agile techniques
• Solid experience leading Scrum events: Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews / Demos, and Retrospectives
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, organization, and coaching skills
• Ability to productively converse with business stakeholders and engineers alike
• Experience with Agile in multi-team organizations
• Experienced in use and configuration of one or more Agile management tools (i.e. Jira, VersionOne, Rally)
• Solid experience using productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Operations, or other relevant discipline
• CSM, CSP, CSC, or ACP Certification
• Ability to pass a background check
