Main Responsibilities of the Role:
• Handling client inquiries via email, telephone and live chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Using Support Channels to promote the available services we provide.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Cooperating efficiently with other staff members when required.
Working as a team to reach the targeted result.
Main requirements:
Degree in a business-related field is considered a plus, but is not a must.
• Previous experience in handling client inquiries as a Support Agent wants to be a plus.
• Excellent written and oral Chinese skills.
• Multi-tasking and ability to handle pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer knowledge
