Job description, responsibilities and duties
Do you like to start your career in established team in banking sector/area? Are you willing to learn how backend processes are working? Are you communicative, stress resistant with ITIL background? Have you ever heard or worked with monitoring tools? Do you like to spread your IT knowledge and use acquired experience in your daily business? We are looking for talented people who are interested in working in an international banking environment:
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control multi-technology computing application platforms and system infrastructure equipment
• Applying first level analysis on application level using industry accepted technique to identify and correct the issues. Provided specialized assistance to second level
• Ensure a stable operating environment and attains maximum utilization of system facilities
• Escalation of complex issues, active communication with application owners, development teams and management
• Control of notifications / control of automated processing. Run manual processing
• Communication with clients (banks), schemes (VISA/MC...) and providers (network an other...)
• Support Incident management process
• Performs additional job duties as required
• Performs training and skill transfer activities
