COUNTRY SALES MANAGER (CZ, SK) – Digital services


We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, result driven Country Sales Manager / Regional Sales Representative on behalf of our HU based startup, that is a market leader, rapidly growing premium digital service provider company with over 200 % growth year on year.
The successful candidate should speak definitely in CZ or SK languages plus be fluent English OR Hungarian.

Besides developing and establishing new client relations and exploiting market potential in Czechia and Slovakia you will also be responsible for maintaining strong and positive connections to the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifying new business development opportunities in the Czech and Slovak markets, establishing partnerships with direct clients and indirect partners (agencies, IT companies etc.) as well.
Ensuring the whole sales flow as negotiating the conditions of price and discounts policies, payment and delivery terms agreements - ensuring smooth delivery to customers, and contracting.
Organizing client product demos to ensure quick and smooth onboarding.
Developing and keeping relationship between the company and cross boarder partners, clients, strengthening communications
Sales planning to improve market sales results
Following-up market trends, monitoring competitor activity, obtaining up-to-date market information and adjust potential actions accordingly
Representing the company on conferences, occasional sales events.
Identifying sales process development opportunities.
Regular status with the HU headquarters. (online)
Reporting in to the HU Business Development Director.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

University / College degree
At east 3 years’ experience as Sales Manager / Sales Representative / Key Account Manager
Fluent Slovak and/or Czech + English or Hungarian
Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Strong business acumen, sales vein
Ability to be a successful, self-driven individual contributor – capability to operate fully from home / away from the HQ
