Job description, responsibilities and duties
We look for motivated, hardworking, and enterprising individuals to join our growing company with international environment in Prague; target start date is asap.
As a future member of TDK, you will have the opportunity to become part of our world known brand, acquire new knowledge, improve your language skills and work in an international and supportive environment.
Tasks:
- Preparation of weekly/monthly reports
- Price offers in internal web-based system
- Data collection and entry in TDK’s systems and SAP
- Answering customer inquiries according to specified guidelines
- Internal communication with departments like sales, product marketing, factories, logistics
Requirements:
- Czech language – fluent level
- Must have effective communication skills both written and verbal in English in order to answer customer requirements and to communicate with co-workers worldwide (B2 and above).
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- 2 years work experience
- Driving licence (“B”) is an advantage
