Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main activities
Training coordinator & PTS Admin mainly is responsible for
  • Creating quotations for training, service and parts
  • Receiving bookings for training places
  • Organizing training sessions for customers
  • Delegating of sessions to trainers
  • Coordination of communication with customer and trainers (creation of custom trainings)
  • Following up on trainer's responses
  • Printing and recording of Training certificates
  • Sending/issuing invoices for Service, Training and Parts, credit notes
  • Maintaining customer and Installation database
  • Warranty and Service contract administration - registration, invoicing
  • Cooperating with finance
  • Communicating with HQ and/or other subsidiaries
  • Participating on daily administration
  • Welcoming of training participates and showing them Academy premises
  • Preparation of training rooms for upcoming trainings
Product/purpose of the position
  • Correctly done negotiation with a customer on daily basis by e-mail, phone
  • Correctly and in time reported training sessions as background for invoicing
  • Up to date and complete records in ERP system
  • Creation of positive environment for training participants
  • Well-equipped training room
  • Correct and on time invoice for training, service, goods.
  • Responsibility for ordering/providing of training refreshments
