Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Administrative support for Czech and Poland offices
  • Finance and Accounting - Purchase Order entry; close cooperation with Accounts Payable and Central Finance, verifying invoice accuracy, Error tracking, related data collection/consolidation
  • Office management agenda - Maintaining relations with suppliers (office rental, car lease, mobile providers, phones/internet, cleaning agencies, office supplies providers, health and safety etc.), New supplier selection when necessary, contract management in cooperation with Procurement and Legal department, Petty cash, Mail evidence
  • Support sales - Regular reports preparation, Other Support necessary
  • HR agenda - Position advertising, Supporting hiring process, Job fair organization/company presentation, Employee Onboarding, Payroll data preparation, cooperation with payroll processor. Local support for regional HR.
  • Travel support - meeting organization (both in CZ and abroad), visitors support, arranging accommodation and taxi

  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to act independently and use own judgment regarding how to handle incoming requests and information
  • Detail oriented with follow-through skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be effective in a team environment
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, discreet and reliable
  • Ability to collaborate across functions
  • Good communication capabilities and customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English conversation and writing; college or above degree is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel, Power Point and Word)
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with SAP
