Job description, responsibilities and duties
- providing manual translation of materials (e.g. product description, product information, shipping and delivery information, returns & refund information, ...) when entering new international markets
- ensuring quality control of translation (from colleagues, translators, external suppliers)
- providing feedback to individual team members in order to increase the quality of cooperation.
