Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is responsible as Business contact for SAP OTC (Order to Cash) module. The analyst is responsible for review and audit of Customer Master Data setup in SAP for global business. Analyst will support SAP internal audit requests for global CBU area and interact with Auditors. The position will manage SAP OTC policies and procedures; CBU SAP role approval for user access. SAP Business Analyst will act as an interface with IT and different Business Areas in regards to SAP OTC related issues (such as scheduling agreement, EDI interfaces, PGI, etc).

Educational Specialization

Information Technology or Business Administration

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• 3-5 years’ related experience
• Strong SAP technical skills in OTC (Order to Cash) module, SAP certification desired.
• Prior manufacturing experience and business acumen preferred
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to maintain the appropriate balance between policies/procedures and customer/business needs.
• Recognized for building and maintaining relationships; experience with cross-functional teams, globally
• Ability to function in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and support the development of long term planning and problem solving
• Ability to work independently / pro-active
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills
• Flexibility in working hours is a requirement, including several evening meetings with global teams
