Location: Antwerp, Belgium
Contract: Unlimited, permanent contract, direct with company

Our European headquarters in Antwerp has a centralized Human Resources function for our offices in 11 countries across Europe, and we are currently seeking one flexible-minded employee to join the HR team.
You will be assigned a section which could include some of the 11 countries or departments of the headquarters, and for your section you will take care of recruiting and some other HR matters.
Your Tasks
- Review resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Daily conduct telephone and Skype interviews with candidates and make assessments
- Arrange online tests, and schedule manager interviews with candidates
- Communicate the progress of applicant's status to external recruiters
- Follow and drive the recruitment process to achieve qualified hires.
- Edit and manage the HR software and candidate database
Your Profile
- Bachelor or relevant vocational qualification.
- Good analytical skills
- Recruiting experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies
- Good organizing skills
- Advanced English. German language is a benefit
