HR Student - Onboarding

Job description

HR Student for onboarding of newcomers is responsible for:

communication with newcomers prior to start date

contract preparation

running contract signing sessions

administration of personal data

communication with authorities

ad hoc requests

Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

University Student (ideally 3rd year)

Skills in record keeping

Fluent English plus German or French is advantage

Effective oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently with proactive approach
