As a member of the User Experience team in the Product Management department, you will work closely with stakeholders from technology and business to define the best possible experience for our users.
You will create wording for products for different User Personas. You will use writing and editing skills to translate complex functionality into clear, concise wording to ensure best experience for users in products and beyond.
From Parental Control applications for families to Endpoint Detection & Response platforms for IT-forensics-experts, we provide a broad portfolio of interesting solutions to vastly different groups of customers.
Based on your skills, interests and projects, you will
- Translate functionality into clear, concise wording in products
- Cooperate with different stakeholders to assure accuracy and correctness of content and language
- Manage the wording process, including prioritization of requests, tracking time spent, and following up on impact
