Benefits Specialist

We're looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will handle administrative as well as creative duties for benefits programs in ESET Group. In addition to interfacing with benefit providers and employees, responsibilities include developing and recommending benefits programs/ preparation of policies/procedures or presentations to management and cooperation on executing employee events. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.

Job description:

• Serving as a key contact for questions regarding benefits.
• Designing and implementing benefits programs and related policies and procedures.
• Reviewing changes in legislation that may affect employee benefits.
• Participating in analysis of benefit programs of the Groups' worldwide entities.
• Performing research to ascertain the best benefits program or events vendors to suit a company's structure, size, need and budget.
• Obtaining proposals, preparing comparative analysis and processing contracts of benefits suppliers.
• Participating in negotiations and meetings related to benefits programs and events.
• Liaising with internal clients regarding their needs and expectations for a successful benefit program.
• Preparing, branding/revising and delivering employee communications related to benefits to maximize engagement.
• Managing benefits administration and maintenance of required records.
• Preparing and reviewing of data and participating in benefits and compensation surveys.
• Monitoring and analyzing costs and competitive benefits trends.
• Identifying problem areas and suggesting improvements in terms of benefits cost optimizations as well as employee satisfaction.
• Assisting in budget planning.
